System-MDP, the modular data acquisition and process control system.
This PC plug-in-card-system can be exactly adapted to your application. It is composed of a basiscard and the necessary function modules depending on the application. Due to its compact construction less slots are used than with standard slot cards. A basiscard can contain up to four modules and leads to optimized concepts. MDP can be used in all PC compatible computers. Example programs and program routines in basic, pascal and c are supplied with the modules. They can be linked to your programs. A written documentation is also included for the user. The use is possible in an analog and digital environment of the spheres measurement, processing and machine control.
Basiscard PCI, short Order No. 551007 This basiscard has place for up to two modules. These modules can be plugged-in individually. |

Opto input module, 24-bit Order No. 559007 This module contains 24 galvanically separated inputs. It can be directly used for the widely used 24 V technology. |

Opto in-/output module, 16/8-bit Order No. 509016 The module has 16 galvanically separated inputs as well as eight galvanically separated outputs. |
Opto output module, 24-bit Order No. 559006 The 24 galvanically separated outputs can be delivered as plus or minus switching. |

Single-board-computer Order No. 559014 The SBC is plugged onto the basis card as a normal module and controls independently from the PC the modules which are plugged on the basis card. |

Serial module Order No. 559301 This module can be delivered as RS232- or RS485-interface. |

Watchdog module Order No. 559025 The module generates a reset for the PC in case that it isn´t triggered periodically by the software. |

Separating module Order No. 559012 This module allows the galvanic separation of a maximum of 12 digital I/O signals with TTL-level. |
Timer/counter module Order No. 559004 The module contains six 8/16-bit counters that can be cascaded. Event counting, frequency generator, counter etc. can be performed. |

Counter90 module Order No. 559011 This module is useful for rotary shaft encoders, distance measuring and other sensors that supply two 90° phase shifted rectangular signals. It contains three 24-bit-counters and is adaptable to different input signals through electronic interfaces. |

SSI-counter-module Order No. 559023 This module controls single turn and multiturn rotary encoders with a synchron serial interface. It contains three counter channels. |
Stepper motor module Order No. 559013 The module supplies puls and direction signals for stepper motors. It allows ramp movements without occupying the capacity of the PC. Different inputs and outputs for e.g. limit switches are on the module additionally. |
