The modular data measuring and process control system

This PC plug-in-card-system can be exactly adapted to your application. It is composed of a basiscard and the necessary function modules depending on the application. Due to its compact construction less slots are used than with standard slot cards. A basiscard can contain up to four modules and leads to optimized concepts. MDP can be used in all PC compatible computers. Example programs and program routines in basic, pascal and c are supplied with the modules. They can be linked to your programs. A written documentation is also included for the user. The use is possible in an analog and digital environment of the spheres measurement, processing and machine control.

Base cards

	Base card, PCI, short Order No. 551007 This base card has place for up to two modules. These modules can be plugged-in individually.
	Base card, PCI, long Order No. 551006 This base card has place for up to four modules. These modules can be plugged-in individually.
	Base card, ISA, standard, short Order No. 551004 This base card has place for up to two modules. These modules can be plugged-in individually.
	Base card, ISA, standard, long Order No. 551003 This base card has place for up to four modules. These modules can be plugged-in individually.
	Base card, ISA, extra Order No. 551005 This base card support more interrupt lines for the modules. These modules can be plugged-in individually.

Digital input modules

	I/O module, 48 bit Order No. 559001 The module has 48 digital TTL-channels.
	Opto input module, 24 bit Order No. 559007 This module contains 24 galvanically separated inputs. It can be directly used for the widely used 24 V technology.
	Opto input/output module, 16/8 bit Order No. 559016 The module has 16 galvanically separated inputs as well as eight galvanically separated outputs.

Digital output modules

	Opto output module, 24 bit Order No. 559006 The 24 galvanically separated outputs can be delivered as plus or minus switching.
	Opto input/output module, 16/8 bit Order No. 559016 The module has 16 galvanically separated inputs as well as eight galvanically separated outputs.
	Relay module, 8-bit Order No. 559019 This module has eight relays. Each relay has two switches.
	Relay module, 16-bit Order No. 559010 This module has sixteen reed relays. Each relay has one switch.

Other modules

	Single-Board-Controller Order No. 559014 The SBC is plugged onto the basis card as a normal module and controls independently from the PC the modules which are plugged on this basis card.
	SBC extension module Order No. 559015 If more than three modules have to be controlled from a SBC, this module should be used together with additional basis cards.
	Serial module Order No. 559301 This module can be delivered as RS232- or RS485-interface.
	Watchdog module Order No. 559025 The module generates a reset for the PC in case that it isn´t triggered periodically by the software.
	Separating module Order No. 559012 This module allows the galvanic separation of a maximum of 12 digital I/O signals with TTL-level.

Digital counter and timer modules

	Timer/counter module Order No. 559004 The module contains six 8/16-bit counters that can be cascaded. Event counting, frequency generator, counter etc. can be performed.
	Counter90 module Order No. 559011 This module is useful for rotary shaft encoders, distance measuring and other sensors that supply two 90° phase shifted rectangular signals. It contains three 24-bit-counters and is adaptable to different input signals through electronic interfaces.
	SSI-counter-module Order No. 559023 This module controls single turn and multiturn rotary encoders with a synchron serial interface. It contains three counter channels.

Stepper motor controllers

	Stepper motor module Order No. 559013 The module supplies puls and direction signals for stepper motors. It allows ramp movements without occupying the capacity of the PC. Different inputs and outputs for e.g. limit switches are on the module additionally.
	Opto stepper motor module Order No. 559018 The module countains furthermore a galvanical separation. Otherwise it contains the same functionality as the stepper motor module.

A/D-converter-modules up to 14-bit resolution

	A/D-module, 8-bit, 3/10 channel Order No. 559003 This module supplies a maximum of 10 analog inputs with a resolution of 8-bit.
	A/D-module, 12-bit, 8 channel Order No. 559009 This module has eight channels SE or four channels differential with 12-bit resolution.
	A/D-module, 12-bit, 16 channel Order No. 559008 This module has sixteen channels SE or 8 channels differential with 12-bit resolution.
	A/D-module, 14-bit, 8 channel Order No. 559020 With 14-bit resolution this module is able to scan 8 analog inputs.

D/A-converter-modules up to 16-bit resolution

	D/A module, 8-bit, 4/16 unipolar/bipolar Order No. 559002 This module has four, eight, twelve or sixteen analog outputs with 8-bit resolution.
	D/A module, 8-bit, 16/4 unipolar/bipolar Order No. 559017 This module has four, eight, twelve or sixteen analog outputs with 8-bit resolution.
	D/A module, 12-bit Order No. 559005 This module has up to four outputs with 12-bit resolution.
	D/A module, 16-bit Order No. 559031 This module has up to two outputs with 16-bit resolution.
